Operation

It works in two ways:

• With 3 D-type batteries

• With a 5V power adapter

IMPORTANT NOTES

• If you choose to operate with D-type batteries:
  The initial 3xD batteries are included for free in the original packaging. The batteries last approximately 60 days. Future battery replacements are at the buyer’s expense.

• If you choose to operate with a 5V power adapter:
  The adapter costs €7 + VAT and plugs into a wall outlet.

Device Setup

The device requires a mobile or tablet app to be configured.
(TO DOWNLOAD THE APP, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE OUTER PACKAGING).
Connection is via Bluetooth.
There is no manual control on the device.

The CLOUD2 device is compatible only with atmospheric scents by Sanko Brand Scent Artists, specially designed for immediate space scenting and neutralizing unwanted odors.
You can find 250ml replacement fragrance oils in the category "FRAGRANCE OILS".

USE OF OTHER OILS IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
Using other oils, perfumes, essential oils, etc., will damage the device.

Coverage always depends on the layout of the space and the air flow.
The device may cover areas larger than 60–80 sq.m., provided there is good air flow through windows, doors, or human movement.

WHAT IS ATMOSPHERIC COLD DIFFUSION?

You are holding a unique fragrance diffuser by Sanko that uses Cold Diffusion AtmosphericTechnology.

But what exactly does that mean, and why is it special?

The technology is based on Bernoulli’s principle, in which atmospheric air enters the device and is compressed by a compressor to such an extent that it transforms the fragrance oil in the bottle into ultra-fine nanoparticles, or in other words, a mist. You can observe this by placing a mirror or your phone screen directly above the mist and noticing that no moisture is produced during operation.

Atmospheric nebulization offers the most efficient, consistent, and even diffusion of fragrance across both small and large areas, as the nanoparticles flow freely through the space with natural air currents.

The structure of the fragrance oil remains intact, preserving the fragrance notes, and no moisture or heat is added to the environment since no water is used and there is no burning of the oil. This makes it ideal for long-term use.

With the appropriate device, you can scent areas ranging from 20 sq.m to 10,000 sq.m, including homes, offices, wellness spaces, gyms, retail stores, rental properties, retail chains, malls, and large hotel complexes.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:

• The device must always remain upright.

• Refilling the fragrance bottle must always be done over a sink or towel to prevent spills.

• Overflow from the head opening due to tilting or tipping can damage nearby surfaces and objects.

• Fragrance oil must not contact wooden, painted, varnished, plastic, or leather surfaces.

• Wear protective gloves when refilling.

Replacement 250ml fragrance oils can be found in the "FRAGRANCE OILS" category. USE OF OTHER OILS IS NOT RECOMMENDED. Using other oils, fragrances, essential oils, etc., will damage the device.

DURATION OF 250ml REPLACEMENT FRAGRANCE OIL: Fragrance oil consumption is approximate and depends on the selected program (operating schedule, intensity, etc.), which is determined when the device is installed.

WHERE TO PLACE THE DIFFUSER: The device can be placed on the floor near room entrances, in the center of the room, or higher up on a stable surface where it won’t be at risk of tipping over. Airflow in a space is unpredictable, so the optimal placement may need to be determined through trial and error.
