SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

** "The shipping prices listed in the cart are excluding VAT. VAT is calculated on the total cart amount and is included in the final payable amount listed as 'Total'." **

Order shipments are carried out within 1–5 business days to Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and other EU countries, following payment completion, through the following methods:

FOR GREECE:

1. BOX NOW delivery to Lockers: €1.80 + VAT (only for the products under the Category "Samples" 

   BOX NOW delivery to Lockers: €5.00  + VAT (for the rest of the products categories)

   CAUTION: In case your order exceeds the maximum capacity of the LARGE box (the largest compartment of the Box Now lockers), an additional box will be calculated, and so on.

2. COURIER CENTER:

   • Up to 3 kg → €3.50 + VAT

   • Additional kg → €1.20 + VAT

3. Customer's Shipping Company:

   • Shipping costs covered by the customer.

   • Payment upon receipt.

   • Please provide the shipping company details in the order comments.

4. Pickup from our Headquarters at 47 Stymfalias, 17456 Alimos (by arrangement): FREE

(The BOX NOW option is available only in areas where lockers are present. The BOX NOW network is continuously expanding.)
(During peak periods, there may be delivery delays from the partnered courier services.)
(Deliveries to remote areas may be delayed due to the schedule of partner shipping companies.)

If you select BOX NOW or Courier Center, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number.
For BOX NOW, once your package arrives at the locker in your area, BOX NOW will send you an SMS with a PIN number to open the locker.

FOR CYPRUS:

1. BOX NOW delivery to Lockers: €10.00 + VAT

2. COURIER CENTER:

   • Up to 2 kg → €12.00 + VAT

   • Additional kg → €3.50 + VAT

3. Customer's Shipping Company:

   • Shipping costs covered by the customer.

   • Payment upon receipt.

   • Please provide the shipping company details in the order comments.

As with Greece, if you choose BOX NOW or Courier Center, you'll get an email with your tracking number. BOX NOW will notify you via SMS with a PIN code when your package arrives at the locker.

FOR BULGARIA 

1. BOX NOW delivery to Lockers ((COMING SOON!))

   • Up to 2 kg → €5.00 + VAT

   • Additional kg → €1.00 + VAT

2. Courier Center: €15.00 + VAT

3. Customer's Shipping Company:

   • Shipping costs covered by the customer.

   • Payment upon receipt.

   • Please provide the shipping company details in the order comments.

(BOX NOW available in areas with active lockers; the network is growing.)
(Possible courier delays during high-volume periods.)
(Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.)

If you select BOX NOW or Courier Center, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. For BOX NOW, an SMS with a PIN will be sent to unlock your locker.

FOR THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION:

Orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS:

• Up to 10 kg: €28.00 + VAT

• 10.01 – 15 kg: €52.00 + VAT

• 15.01 – 20 kg: €80.00 + VAT
